Our six-step process for brilliant Graphic Design
1. Agreeing a brief
Simply tell us what you would like to achieve. We will discuss with you what your needs are and discuss how we can help you before we start any design work for you. Ask as many questions as you like, our expert design team will be able to guide you and ensure everything is simple and straightforward.

2. Creating a beautiful design
This is where the magic happens. Our design team will interpret the agreed brief and create a stunning design to achieve your goals.
3. Providing a proof
Once the design options have been created we will provide you with a PDF proof. Please check the proof to ensure everything is just right and inform us of anything you would like to change. This is the opportunity to get the final design just as you need it.
4. Approval of your design
Once you are happy with the final design simply let us know that is it approved. Send us an email with your confirmation.
5. Producing your final design
Once approved, we will put your design into production. This will be either providing you with a final PDF or moving the finished design into print.
6. Keeping the artwork safe
We will keep your artwork safe and be able to use it again or amend for a later project. We will archive the artwork and keep for at least 3 years.

What items can you produce?We can produce pretty much anything that is printed, from a business card through to a huge billboard. Our online shop will give you an idea of the kind of work we do but it is much too varied to show you everything. We don’t work from a limited range of products that you need to fit to but instead can create individual products unique to you. Get in touch and we will work with you to produce the right final product for your needs.

Do you produce everything yourself?The vast majority of our products are produced in-house. However, where it is more cost effective to use one of our carefully selected partners then we will work closely with them to ensure you get the right product at the right price. We have good relationships with many local suppliers.

Are your products eco-friendly?We work with paper from sustainable sources and carbon offset our paper supply through woodlandtrust.org.uk Our print processes keep waste down to a minimum and we encourage our clients to only produce what they need. We have developed energy saving initiatives and all our vehicle fleet is zero-emission vehicles. In 2016 we won the Eco Business of the Year Award at the Niche Business Awards.

I don’t understand printing terms – help!RGB, CMYK, bleed, ticks, 250gsm, coated, bond – printing terms can be really confusing. We aim to keep design and print simple. We try to make our proposals as clear as possible, provide samples of different materials, and are always here to explain what we will do. Don’t hesitate to ask questions about anything you are unclear on. We want to make your life as easy as possible and reassure you about what we will do.
